Rwanda has pushed digitisation harder than most of the region, with government services online and a deliberate policy of positioning Kigali as a technology and conference hub. That raises the baseline: clients here often already have systems, and the work is integration and improvement rather than starting from paper.
ITRVIX is an engineering team in Islamabad, Pakistan, working remotely. We have no Rwandan office and do not claim one. What we bring is senior engineering capacity and a handover that leaves you owning the code and the infrastructure.
Working overlap
Rwanda runs on CAT (UTC+2) against our PKT (UTC+5) — a three-hour difference, so our afternoon covers your morning and midday.
Data protection
Law No. 058/2021 on the protection of personal data and privacy sets out controller obligations and registration with the National Cyber Security Authority. Where data must stay under your control, we deploy into infrastructure you own and self-host the components that touch it.
